Apply a bead of silicone sealant beneath the rolled rim during drop-in placement to secure the basin to the vanity top.
Hand-tighten the included solid brass strainer drain assembly carefully, making sure the dual rubber seals are properly seated to prevent leaks.
Wipe down the copper bowl periodically using only mild soap and warm water to maintain hygiene without stripping the natural patina.
Care & Maintenance
Daily Rinsing Rinse the copper basin thoroughly with warm water after each use to wash away soap residue.
Gentle Cleansing Use only mild dish soap and a soft cloth for routine cleaning, avoiding harsh chemical scrubs.
Abrasive Avoidance Never use abrasive scouring pads, steel wool, or bleach-based cleaners that could damage the copper finish.
Patina Acceptance Allow the metal to age naturally without trying to polish away the darkening antique patina tones.
Mineral Prevention Pat the surface dry with a soft towel occasionally if you have particularly hard water in your home.
