To return a product to BlueBath, fill out the online Return and Exchange form at bluebath.com/rga. Attach product photos and proof of purchase. Returns are only accepted within 15 days of delivery and a 15% restocking fee applies. Products must be in original packaging, undamaged and not installed or assembled.

BlueBath accepts return requests within 15 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee.

Yes. All BlueBath returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. You will need to cover the return shipping cost for both returns and exchanges.

To submit a BlueBath return request you will need your contact name, contact number, address, city, state, zip code, email address, model number of the product, your invoice or order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the damaged or defective item including close-up shots, inner packaging and outer packaging or box.

You can attach PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF and PDF files to your BlueBath return request. The maximum total upload size is 10MB. Select all files at once using the Choose Files button.
