is simply ingenious. It is both simple in its design as well as uniquely technologically advanced. While it works with parts that have been tried and true for decades, the hinge system and toilet bowl cover were specifically invented for the product. No expense was spared, no detail overlooked, and no corners were cut in making ToilèChic™ the finest innovative product on the market, without competition. ToilèChic™ is also proudly American made.
The original goal was to cover the unsightly toilet with a beautiful chair that could be displayed in any living room. We chose two well known manufacturers of toilets in order to provide a trusted choice for our customers. Then we integrated the recliner handle flush mechanism so that the metal toilet flush handle could be hidden and the new recliner flush handle would be more conveniently located. The back of the ToilèChic™ comes off easily in order to have access to the tank. The five chair styles are offered with either a skirt or a padded upholstered pop out panel for easy cleaning under the ToilèChic.™
The invention of the toilet bowl cover came next in order to provide a surface that would catch “stray spray” from going on the floor. The cover had to be easily cleaned, sleek, and attractive, and ultimately durable. The most challenging aspect of the design was the hinge, which is easily recognizable as a solid and long term reliable assembly of many interconnecting parts. This is like no other toilet hinge ever made to match no product like it ever made.
Finally, modern technology provided the fabric or the faux leather that would clean easily, be disinfectable, stain and odor resistant, and be durable around the use of a toilet. Without Crypton® patented fabric technology and modern faux leather, ToilèChic™ could not have been invented or exist.
The many ingenious parts of ToilèChic™ include a pop out padded front panel (or a skirt option), recliner flush handle, and the back easily removed to access the tank. Even the inside parts, seldom if ever seen, are covered in Crypton® fabric (or faux leather if selected.)
