Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Faucets: Water Creation faucet are guaranteed to be free from leakage and drip during the period of normal use to the original consumer purchaser, and all parts and finishes will be free from defect in material and workmanship. All faucets with ceramic disc cartridges carry a limited life time warranty on the cartridges. Finish warranty: We offer limited life time warranty for Chrome finish and 10 years for all other finishes. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from original consumer purchaser must be made available for all warranty claims. Water Creation will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part, which is proven defective in material and/or workmanship under the condition of normal use. This warranty will ONLY cover replacement of defective parts and finish, LABOR CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGES INCURRED DURING INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT CHARGES ARE EXCLUDED. THE USE OF BATHROOM/TILE CLEANERS, AND/OR ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL OR CHEMICALS FOR CLEANING PURPOSES WILL VOID WARRANTY. Liability under all warranties expressed or implied is limited to replacement of defective goods. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor cost or any other charges for such items as installation, or replacement of any faucet or component parts, or any other expense or loss.
Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks & Vanities: Water Creation stainless steel kitchen sinks and vanities are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. IN THE CASE OF ABUSE, MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MODIFICATION OF ORIGINAL PRODUCT, USE OF ABRASIVE CLEANING PRODUCTS, EXPOSURE TO CORRSIVE CHEMICALS, LACK OF MAINTENANCE OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. LABOR CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGES INCURRED DURING INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT CHARGES ARE EXCLUDED.
