Warranty - Stainless Steel Sinks
Nantucket Sinks warrants the quality of its stainless steel sinks to be free of any manufacturing defects in the workmanship or the material composition when installed properly and used in a residential application. This warrant is extended to the original purchaser of the Nantucket Sinks stainless steel sink. We will replace any sink at our option that is found to have a material defect without charge for a lifetime of residential use. The warranty covers only the stainless steel sink and mounting hardware when installed in a conventional countertop. Transportation costs or labor installation costs are not included in this warranty. Diagnosis and/or replacement of any faucet or component part, or any other expense or loss are also not covered. Undermount sinks must be installed in a solid surface countertop.
This warranty does not apply to defect or damage caused by:
Failure to follow the recommended procedures for installation, care and maintenance.
Dents or scratches, abusive treatment or environmental factors
Sinks which have been moved from original installation location.
The use of corrosive materials, corrosive liquids and or photographic solutions.
Nantucket Sinks reserves the right to examine the installation and product prior to replacement.
This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the product.
Warranty - Faucets
Limited Functional and Finish Warranty
Nantucket Sinks warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Nantucket Sink faucet purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase. Nantucket Sinks will, at its option, supply replacement parts (or if no longer available a comparable product) if the faucet fails due to a defect in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply in the event of product surface damage caused by abuse, misuse or improper care and maintenance. This warranty excludes damage caused by harsh or abrasive cleaners and/or materials. This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial and business use, whose purchasers are hereby extended a limited time on mechanical parts and 5 years on finish. Product replacement does not include transportation cost or labor installation cost. Nantucket Sinks reserves the right to examine product in question and its installation prior to replacement.
OTHER WARRANTY CONDITIONS ON FAUCETS
Our warranty does not cover product failure or damage caused by abusive treatment, misuse, environmental factors, improper care and cleaning, or damage due to handling or faulty installations. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs, or any other charges for such items as installation or replacement of the sink, diagnosis or replacement of any faucet or component part, or any other expense or loss.
All incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded. No additional warranties, express or implied are given. Any implied warranty, including one of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the duration of this written warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Ceramic Limited Lifetime Warranty
Nantucket Sinks warrants the quality of its ceramic sinks to be free of any manufacturing defects in the workmanship or the material composition when installed properly and used in a residential application, commercial use automatically voids this warranty. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the Nantucket Sinks ceramic sink, and is only applicable to the original installation of the Nantucket Sinks ceramic sink. We agree to replace a product that is found, in our opinion, to have a defect in manufacturing or material composition, for the time period that the original purchaser owns the home in which the product is installed. The warranty covers only the ceramic sink and mounting hardware when installed in a conventional countertop. Transportation costs or labor costs are not included in this warranty. Undermount sinks must be installed in a solid surface countertop. Ceramic sinks are expected to have slight variations in dimensions due to the nature of the manufacturing process. This warranty does not apply to damage or defect caused by, and instance of the following automatically voids the warranty:
- Failure to follow the recommended procedures for installation, care and maintenance.
- Dents or scratches, abusive treatment or environmental factors.
- Sinks which have been moved from original installation location.
- The use of corrosive materials, corrosive liquids or photographic solutions.
- Nantucket Sinks reserves the right to examine the installation and product prior to installation.
This warranty is extended to only the original consumer purchaser of the product and applies to the original installation by that purchaser.
