Plan for the 2.5-inch drain opening, keeping in mind that the drain assembly is sold separately and the unit does not feature an overflow.
Apply a bead of appropriate waterproof silicone sealant around the base where the vessel contacts the countertop for a secure mount.
Wipe the glazed fireclay surface down regularly with a soft cloth and mild liquid soap to maintain its bright white luster.
Care & Maintenance
Daily Cleaning Wipe the glazed surface with a soft sponge and mild dish soap after use to prevent water spot buildup.
Stave Off Scratches Avoid using abrasive scouring pads or harsh metal scrubbers that could dull the glossy enamel finish.
Stain Management Address stubborn marks using a gentle mixture of baking soda and warm water applied with a non-scratch cloth.
Rinse Thoroughly Always rinse soapy residue completely down the 2.5-inch drain after cleaning to preserve the glossy shine.
Inspect Sealant Periodically check the silicone seal around the vessel base to ensure moisture does not seep underneath.
