Installation Guide
Verify that your rough opening matches the 36 by 60 inch dimensions and that your plumbing matches the right hand drain layout before beginning.
Use a reliable level to check wall plumbness, taking advantage of the 1/4 inch out-of-plumb adjustability in the u-shaped wall profile as needed.
Secure the SlimLine shower base firmly to the subfloor following standard plumbing codes for proper water drainage.
Mount the solid brass hinges securely to the wall profile and glass panel, ensuring smooth swing movement before final tightening.
Apply a high quality silicone sealant around the base perimeter and wall junctions to prevent water seepage.
Care & Maintenance
Daily Rinsing: Spray the 5/16 inch clear tempered glass with clean water after each shower to wash away soap residue.
Glass Squeegeeing: Run a rubber squeegee down the glass surface regularly to prevent hard water spots and mineral buildup.
Gentle Cleaning: Wipe down the chrome or brushed nickel hardware and glass panels using a mild, non-abrasive liquid soap and a soft microfiber cloth.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Never use abrasive scouring powders, steel wool, or strong acid-based cleaners that can scratch the metal finish or glass.
Hinge Maintenance: Periodically check the solid brass hinges to ensure they remain clean and free of soap scum buildup for optimal swing performance.
