Q: Is travertine recommended for everyday kitchen use? I would love this sink as the main sink in my kitchen but am worried it will scratch or crack as this material does sometimes. Is there a warranty?

A: A stone sink will definitely require more maintenance. If you are looking for low maintenance I would recommend a fireclay sink. The prices are great and the quality is amazing. All you need to do it wipe it down to clean it and does not require you to seal it every 3 months as do the stone sinks. Every item on our website carries the manufacturer warranty. The stone sinks carry a one year warranty on manufacturing defects.
