Our sole responsibility is defective product replacement, exchange or repair. For warranty claims, please contact the Native Trails dealer where the product was purchased. Proof of purchase is required. The Native Trails product warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights; other rights will vary from state to state. Refer to the care instructions for proper maintenance of products; improper care of products will void warranty.
Limited Lifetime Warranty on Sinks, Bathtubs, Mirrors, and Bath Furniture: Native Trails warrants that our sinks, tubs, mirrors and bath furniture shall be free from defects in workmanship or materials as long as the original purchaser owns them and purchased the product through an authorized Native Trails dealer. Variations in dimensions, textures and finishes are inherent in our handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Drains, Strainers, Traps, & Grids: Native Trails sink and tub accessories (drains, strainers, traps, and grids) are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for one year from date of purchase.
