All the bidets come with a one-year limited warranty. If you have not installed the unit and the packaging and all parts are in perfect condition, you may return the unit within the first year from the date your order was placed for a full refund. If the unit has been used and for any reason it is not working properly, the unit or any defective part will be replaced within the first year. The buyer only needs to pay for the shipping back to the company.
