Cleaning & Maintenance
There are many manufactures that fabricate different products to look like stone. We take that as a compliment and you should as well knowing that your vessel is all natural stone. To maintain the beauty of your stone we suggest the following recommendations:
SEALING
although it is not absolutely necessary to seal your vessel we recommend you do so to prevent staining. If the retailer you bought this product from does not sell stone sealers, we recommend you visit a marble/granite store or someone familiar with sealing natural stone. We have listed below two manufacturers of stone care products should you need additional information.
CLEANING
Avoid acids, scouring pads, abrasives and harsh chemicals or cleaners. There are cleaners formulated especially for stone and can be purchased at marble/granite stores. If you cannot find one, a neutral cleaner or mild detergent will work as well.
Warranty
Allstone warrants our products against defect in workmanship, material, or operation , excluding extraordinary wear and tear, for a full year. However, we do not warrant against defects due to inappropriate installation, failure to exercise normal maintenance, or the use of our products for which they were not designed. Allstones only liability, under this warranty is to repair or replace products which are returned to us and are determined by Allstone to be defective. Product must be returned, shipping charges prepaid, within one year of the original ship date. Customer shall have the responsibility to inspect all products immediately upon receipt to assure they are free from damage. In the event of damage, it is the customer's responsibility to file any and all claims against the freight carrier. Products will not be accepted under this limited warranty unless Allstone has given prior authorization by way of an RGA # . Upon return of such products, Allstone will determine the validity of the customer's claim.
