Because Allstone sinks are created from natural stone, they demand certain care and maintenance given as below:Cleaning & Maintenance:
To keep your stone sinks sparkling clean, avoid using acids, abrasives, harsh chemicals and cleaners. Do Not use those scouring pads too. There are specific cleaners formulated especially for stone crafts that you can use. You can find such cleaners at marble and granite stores. In case, you are unable to purchase one or the store or retailer doesn't stock it, you can wash away the dirt using neutral and mild detergents as well.
Sealing Allstone Sinks
We do not always suggest sealing sinks unless you want to do it in order to prevent dirt settling on it or staining. There are stone sealers available with granite and marble retailers, in case you'd like to get one of them.
Allstone recommends using stone sinks with a little bit of care so that cleaning and maintaining it doesn't become cumbersome and its beauty and timeless elegance is retained through all the years that you'll keep them.Products Offered At Blue Bath:
Blue Bath presents its customers an exclusive line of popular Allstone stone sinks and kitchen faucets.
Warranty:
Allstone warrants their products against defect in workmanship, material, or operation, excluding extraordinary wear and tear, for a full year. However, the company does not warrant against defects due to inappropriate installation, failure to exercise normal maintenance, or the use of our products for which they were not designed. Allstone's only liability, under this warranty is to repair or replace products which are returned to them and are determined by Allstone to be defective. Product must be returned, shipping charges prepaid, within one year of the original ship date. Customer shall have the responsibility to inspect all products immediately upon receipt to assure they are free from damage. In the event of damage, it is the customer's responsibility to file any and all claims against the freight carrier. Products will not be accepted under this limited warranty unless Allstone has given prior authorization by way of an RGA #. Upon return of such products, Allstone will determine the validity of the customer's claim.
