ALFI brand fireclay farm sinks are a throwback to a simpler time. Designed to offer the traditional popular look of an apron farm sink with a contemporary twist. Made of the highest quality solid fireclay to insure it not only looks great but also lasts for a very long time.

Sink is completely smooth and glazed on three sides.
This sink tapers from top to bottom by 1/8''. Bottom Width:32 1/2'' Top Width 32 3/4''.
Dimensions may vary by 1/8''. For your countertop cut out template we recommend that you have the actual sink on location for tracing.
This sink can be installed in 3 different ways, all of which feature an exposed front apron. The most common is Undermount, where the countertop flows over the edge of the sink. Another option is Flushmount where the countertop and top edge of sink are exactly the same height, in this case the silicone sealer between the sink and countertop will be visible. The third option is Topmount where the countertop buts up against the side of the sink which sticks up above the height of the countertop. Not to be confused with drop-in which this sink is not designed for.
This fireclay sink is compatible for use with a garbage disposal. The drain size is standard 3 1/2" and the sink is durable enough to use with a disposer, no problem
Warranty: 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. 10 year warranty against fading / staining of the glaze.

The Benefits of an Authentic farmhouse sink. The Quality of the Finish - The glazing of the sink surface provides both durability and shine over long periods of time. The raw material used fine fireclay allows for uniformity in the finish.

Durability - The sinks glaze is practically impervious to threatening bacteria from food preparation. Stains do not penetrate the glaze and can be easily wiped away. Acids and chemical cleaners have virtually no adverse effect on sink. Coffee stains cigarette burns and other daily occurances that would adversely effect kitchen sinks made from other materials are easily wiped away on fireclay sinks.

Scratches - These sinks are not adversely affected by scratches from pots pans knifes etc.

Thermal Shock - Thermal Shock (very hot or very cold water) has no effect whatsoever on the sink.

I just got this sink installed a few days ago and I absolutely love it! I was surprised how deep and wide the sink felt once I began using it. Q: Whats the benefit of having two bowls versus one? I'm torn between this one and the single bowl AB510

A: Well when it comes down to it, its a personal preference depending on how you use your sink. Some people like to be able to soak dirty dishes in hot water and soap which is more convenient with a double bowl sink which requires less water to soak, plus still allows you to have another functioning bowl. Another benefit is that one bowl usually has a garbage disposal while the other doesn't. So while you'r cooking you can toss all the veggies into the bowl with the disposer and still have the other bowl for washing. On the other hand a single bowl allows for a large working area while washing dishes and the ability to place much larger items in your sink.

Q: can this sink be used with disposal?

A: Yes, any farmhouse fireclay sink can be used with a garbage disposal. We recommend to use the Whitehaus waste disposer trim WH200 for this sink. This is a 3 1/2" standard size trim.
